CRAFTSMAN+ is adding a versatile Production Coordinator to our global team of individuals who are passionate and committed in the pursuit of creative excellence and understanding consumer needs.  If you are a person who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand and are motivated by the responsibilities below, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

Under the direction of a senior producer, the production coordinator will: 

  • Assist in the development and delivery of detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs if they arise as directed by producers and management
  • Store and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Provide quality assurance and detailed review of creative assets prior to sharing with clients 
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills by managing internal resources and third parties/vendors during the lifespan of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Be proactive with risk mitigation, flagging to your Producers and management if projects are not on track 
  • Identify risks and raise to management alongside proactive plans for how they seek to resolve issues that arise
  • Participate in quality issue resolution.
  • Continually assess that project goals and benefits are being met.
  • Provide regular project status reports.
  • Work with producers to handle client communication when needed. The Production Coordinator should be comfortable speaking to deliveries and timelines on calls with clients.
  • Work with producers on accounts to nurture and maintain the client relationship, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement a good understanding of project management principles, methods and techniques.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Necessary Skills and Experience 

  • ~1 year of experience in project management 
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire to work in a post-production environment, this role has minimal live production work.
  • Resource management
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in progress/completed or equivalent work experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of advertising media
  • Experience with the production of ad campaigns containing motion graphics, video, animation, and illustration
  • Experience with online project management systems such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello.
  • Gaming or AdTech experience
 

What to Expect

  • Salary: The starting base salary range for this role is based on experience and location if outside of the US. For US employees the range is $40,000-$60,000. Locations outside of the US will have a starting base range equivalent to market rate for that area.
