Craftsman+ wants to invite new Design Interns to join our growing team. At CM+ we are passionate and committed in the pursuit of creative excellence, understanding consumer needs, and introducing young designers to the field of advertising! 

The Role

We are looking for students that are passionate about design, gaming, and advertising. Do you have a strong desire to work with top games and brands + a fun energetic team? This internship might be for you! Let’s be real though, this is a fast-paced agency so we are looking for Digital Craftsmen who aren’t afraid to jump right in and take ownership of their skills, ask all the questions, and assist the team in producing next-level content.

This role is 100% remote!

Key Responsibilities

• Help take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable
• Assist the marketing team with all internal CM+ marketing initiatives
• Assist the creative team with multimedia creative projects
• Create and edit short-form video content and animated graphics for various media channels
• Assist with photo sourcing and retouching
• Conduct research to enhance design projects, e.g. music, graphics, audience, content, etc.
• Research and analysis on non-design projects
• Other tasks and projects as assigned.

Essential Skills and Experience 

•  2-3 years of design education or self-taught experience.
• Program completion and/or graduation within 3-6 months of starting internship (if we mutually agree this is a fun fit, we’ll want to talk about full-time opportunities post-graduation!)
• A bias for action - you take charge and get things done!

Desirable Skills and Experiences

• Passion for games and/or brands
• Experience in helping to shape a company’s brand strategy

Salary and Benefits

• The pay for this role is $15/hour
